Ingredients
Zucchini – 1 medium
Walnuts – 5 halves
Garlic – 1 clove
Mixed dried or fresh herbs of choice- 1-2 tsp
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil – ½ tsp
Method
Chop zucchini into medium chunks. Chop walnuts. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic. Saute for a minute, add zucchini. Saute for 2-3 minutes. Add a cup of water. Simmer for 2 minutes. Add all herbs, walnuts and seasonings. Serve hot.
