It’s been an absolutely fantastic last 7 months of healthy eating with Zarna (Dietwise). Not only did I lose 14 kgs – down from 64 to 50 kgs, I feel fitter and healthier.
Zarna’s diet plans are always flexible with options to choose from. I love that she encourages me to ask questions about food so that my understanding of nutrition improves. This has, in turn, helped me plan more wholesome meals for my family. She’s very knowledgeable about her subject and gives each client a lot of her time whether it was before or after the lockdown started -.she’s constantly in touch with me on the phone monitoring my progress. She’s given me great advice on various things I’ve had issues with – from workouts to multivitamins to foods that correct hormonal imbalances.
