I was always on a self made diet so never thought I needed to go to a dietician. But after a point it was getting very difficult to not put on fat in spite of all the diet and work out. So I finally went to Zarna after a lot of recommendations by friends, and I realized there’s so much more to nutrition and she’s very knowledgeable. She really knows what she’s saying and believes in good health overall and not just in being skinny. What I like about her is that her diets are according to each body, my sister and I had similar body types, I thought, but diets she gave us both differed so much. Best part is, I never felt hungry on her fat loss diets. In fact, I started feeling more energetic through the day and my immunity seems to have become much stronger.
