Ingredients
Cottage cheese – 100 gm
Onion – 1
Tomato – 1
Capsicum – 1
Oil – 1 tsp
Garam masala -1/2 tsp
Green chilli -1/2-1
Coriander- few sprigs
Salt to taste
Method
Grate paneer. Chop all veggies finely. Heat oil. Saute onions till translucent. Add green chilli, capsicum and tomato. Saute for few minutes. Add paneer and all masalas and coriander. Mix well. Switch off the flame.
Note: the same version can be made using tofu too!
