Ingredients
Walnuts – 2-3
Pumpkin seeds – ¼ tsp
Flaxseeds – ¼ tsp
Melon seeds- ¼ tsp
Sesame seeds- 1/8 tsp
Sesame oil or Olive oil – 2 tsp
Kosher salt – a pinch
Lime juice – ½ tsp
Brown sugar or jaggery powder – 1/8 tsp
Method
Finely chop walnuts, add all seeds, olive oil and seasonings. Mix well. Serve fresh.
Best combinations : all green veggies, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes.
