Ingredients
Extra virgin olive oil – 1 tbsp (15ml)
Garlic – 1 clove or dry powder ¼ tsp
Lime juice – 1 tsp (5ml)
White vinegar – 1 tsp (5ml)
Oshers salt or rock salt – 2-3 pinches
Dry oregano, rosemary, chilli flakes, white pepper powder – 1 tsp total
Method
Mix all ingredients together just before pouring on the salad
Best combinations: rocket leaves, cherry tomatoes, olives, pok choy leaves, cucumber, radish
