Ingredients
Brocoli – ½ cup
Onion – ½
Skim milk – 2 tbsp
Almonds – 5-6 soaked and deskinned
Salt and pepper – to taste
Method
Boil broccoli in 11/2 cup water till soft. Drain off. Do not discard water. Saute onions till light brown without using any fat. Grind broccoli almondsusig broccoli stock and skim milk. Simmer the soup for 2 minutes, add seasonings and serve hot.
