Ingredient
Coconut milk : 100ml
Thai paste : any brand (green/red/yellow) : 1 tbsp
Broccoli, mushrooms, peppers, shallot, beans : total 150-200gm
Ghee : 1 tbsp (15ml, can be reduced to 5ml depending on allowance left)
Method
Heat oil, saute all veggies till tender, put the paste and saute well for few minutes. Add coconut milk. Let it simmer for few minutes. Switch off gas. Serve with keto rice or almond bread or keto roti or as it is.
