Ingredients
Tofu – 100 gm
Onion – 1 small roughly chopped pieces
Green capsicum – 1 small roughly chopped pieces
Mushrooms- 3-4 sliced
French beans – 8-10 par boiled and halved
Red cabbage – ¼ chopped thin lengthwise
Brown sugar – ½ tsp
Vinegar- 1 tsp
Soy sauce – 1 tsp
Green chillies – slit open 1-2
Garlic- ginger paste- 1 tsp
Peanuts- 1 tbsp coarsely ground
Oil – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Method
Heat oil in a pan, saute onion, ginger garlic paste. Put mushrooms, capsicum, saute for 2 minutes, add all sauces , vinegar, sugar, tofu , salt, chillies and saute for 2 minutes. Remove in a plate, sprinkle peanut powder. Serve.
Note: tofu can be replaced with skim paneer
