Ingredients
Tomato – 1
Onion – 1/4th
Coriander or parsley – few sprigs
Garlic powder – 1/8th tsp
Chilli flakes – 1/8th tsp
White vinegar – ½ tsp
Lime juice – ½ tsp
Method
Finely chop tomato and onion. Mix all the other ingredients to chopped tomato and onion. Let it stand for an hour before using.
Best combinations: baked beans or boiled kidney beans, tomatoes, purple cabbage, iceberg lettuce, shallots, onions, all bell peppers, lightly blanched broccoli and mushrooms.
