I always thought no diet would make me lose weight, as I used to eat very little anyway. But when I started my diet with Zarna, I lost 2kgs in a week, without having to be hungry. I had never met her as I don’t live in Mumbai, she had asked me to send her the details of my food habits, weight history, my test reports, etc. and she mailed me my diets everytime I’d give her the new measurements. That’s how my journey began. I started feeling less tired than normal while doing my everyday chores. She keeps changing the diet about every ten days, according to my progress. Finally when I met her and spoke to her I figured she has a lot of knowledge about nutrition. Now I’ve lost a lot of weight and have started maintenance and I’m very happy with it.
