Ingredients
1 small pumpkin
1-2 cups of water, vegetable stock or breast milk
How to Prepare:
Cut the pumpkin and peel away the skin. Scoop out all the seeds and put the fruit in a
blender or food processor. Add water or vegetable stock till you get the desired consistency.
Blend until smooth.
Once you have the puree, cook it in a cooker for 10-15 minutes (1 or 2 whistles).
