Ingredients
Skim paneer – 100 gm
Pumpkin – 100 gm boiled
Green peas – 1 tbsp boiled
Cabbage – 2 tbsp finely chopped
Ginger – 1 tsp grated
Chia powder – 1 tbsp
Sesame seeds – 1 tsp
Green chilli- 1 finely chopped
Coriander – 1 tbsp finely chopped
Mint – 1 tbsp finely chopped
Amchur powder – ½ tsp
Jeera podwer – ½ tsp
Garam masala – ¼ tsp
Salt – to tast
Oil – 1 tsp for shallow frying
Method
Crumble paneer well . mince it. Add boiled veggies (make sure there is no water left in it ). Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Keep the mixture in refrigerator for 30 min. remove from refrigeration and make small kebabs. Shallow fry on non stick pan or air fryer
