Ingredients
Mustard seeds – 1 tbsp raw
Olive oil – 2 tsp
Kosher or rock salt – few pinches
Method
Soak mustard seeds overnight. Next day, grind it into a paste using water and olive oil, add salt.
Best combinations: brussel sprouts, cabbage, broccoli, mushrooms, lettuce, pok choy, spinach, zucchini, cucumber, peppers.
