Ingredients
Red bell pepper – 1
Walnuts – 2-3
Red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar – 1 tsp
Lime juice – 1 tsp
Black pepper powder – ¼ tsp
Garlic – 1 clove
Kosher or rock salt – few pinches
Method
Roast bell pepper on gas flame till golden brownish. Cool it. Peel off the skin. Chop it . grind it with all other ingredients into a smooth paste.
Best cominations: brussel sprouts, lightly blanched zucchini, olives, all types of lettuce leaves, dill leaves, spring onion, shallots, lightly blanched mushrooms, cherry tomatoes.
