Ingredient
Hung curd : 100gm
Hemo or cashew flour or wheat husk powder : 10gm
Chopped Beans, peas, drumsticks, chopped pumpkin : total 150 gm
Ghee: 10gm
Imli paste : 1 tsp (optional)
Jeera, hing, curry leaves, whole Dhaniya seeds : for vaghar
Chilli powder, Coriander, salt, turmeric powder as per taste
Method
Take hung curd, add 100ml water and flour or husk and blend well. Boil the veggies till tender but not mushy. Heat oil, do vaghar, add the curd mix. Let it simmer for few minutes. Add the boiled veggies and all dry Masala n seasonings. Take off flame in a bowl. Garnish with chopped coriander. Serve with keto rice or roti.
