For Keto Coconut Chutney Ingredients
Coconut powder 1/2 cup
Curry leaves about 15 – 20 leaves
Hung curd 1 Tsp
Water 1/2 cup
Ginger 1 slice
Green chilli according to taste
Salt to taste
For Tempering:
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves 2 – 3 leaves
Oil 1 Tsp
Instructions
Grind coconut curd ginger curry leaves using water as required.
Take the mixture in a bowl.
In a small pan, heat oil, add mustard seeds, hing, curry leaves and let the seeds flutter
