Ingredient For base:
Almond or coconut meal/flour: 20gm (2 tbsp)
Flax poop (mix 1 tsp flax powder on 2 tsp water and keep aside for sometime till it becomes gooey)
Baking powder : ¼ tsp
Grated cauliflower head: 50gm
Olive oil : 1 tsp (5gm)
For toppings:
100gm veggies of ur choice like mushrooms, shallots, Olives, alepeno, peppers, broccoli etc (total 150gm)
Homemade tomato puree : 30 ml (2 tbsp)
Mozarella : 20gm
Salt pepper chilli flakes oregano rosemary etc herbs of ur choice as per taste
Method:
Mix Almond or coconut flour with Grated cauliflower, add flax poop and baking powder. Mix all well and spread on a greased otg tray or pan. Bake in preheated oven for 5 min at 180°c. Remove spread tomato puree, Mozarella and veggies. Top it up with herbs and seasonings. Bake for 7-8 mins. Remove. Cut into slices and serve.
