Ingredient
Almond slivers: 1tbsp
Chopped walnuts or pecans: 1 tbsp
Pinenuts: ½ tbsp
Pumpkin seeds: ½ tbsp
Flax seeds:¼ tbsp
Chia seeds: 1 tsp
Coconut flakes: 1 tbsp
Poppy seed powder : ½ tbsp
Sugar less Peanut butter : 1.5 tbsp
Erythrol powder or Stevia powder like pyure or liquid erythrol 1 tsp
Ghee : 1 tsp
Method
Roast nuts and seeds in ghee for a minute. Keep aside. In a bowl take peanut butter and microwave till melts. Remove out, add the sweetener and all nuts and seeds. Mix well. U can leave it like this and store in refrigerator in an airtight container for weeks. If you wish to make bars then add coconut flakes and poppy powder to the mix. Line an aluminum cake or bread tin with butter or parchment paper. Spread the mix on it and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Remove and cut into bars. Cling film the bars and store in refrigerator
