Ingredients
Cauliflower : 150gm
Beans slant chopped : 50gm
Spring onion finely chopped with greens : 1-2
Mushroom diced – 50 gm
Cabbage long shredded – 50gm
Garlic : 2-3 cloves
Ginger – half an inch pc
Soya sauce, chilli sauce, white vinegar, salt, pepper – as per taste
Oil – 10tbsp
Method
Grate the cauliflower from head side. Heat half oil, saute cauliflower till tender. In another pan, saute garlic ginger, spring onion white part, Cabbage, beans, mushroom till tender, add salt, pepper, Sauces and sprinkle the greens of spring onion. Mix all this in the sauted cauliflower. Keto fried rice us ready. Serve hot.
