I never cared about my health until I was diagnosed with hypertension. All suggested me to start a diet and go for a weight loss program but I was skeptical about the diet, I always loved eating food. However with a lot of thought process I approached Zarna Shah. Initially I thought I shall not be consistent. But I loved the way the diet was changing every fortnight as it took care of all the things which made me happy and satisfied and not get bored with the same food. My weight started reducing in the first week itself and it was a kind of self motivation. The diet was so doable and now it has brought a new holistic approach to my lifestyle with regular workouts, healthy food and the right amount of food. Even my medication for hypertension has been reduced. It is a total transformation with a new version of myself.
