Ingredients
Yellow pumpkin – 150-200 gm
White onion – ½ no
Skim milk – 20 ml
Ricebran or olive oil- 1 tsp
Garlic – 1 small clove
Black pepper powder – ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
Method
Heat oil in a pan. Saute chopped onion in it till translucent.add chopped garlic. Add chopped pumpkin and saute for 2 minutes. Add 2 cups water and cook till pumpkin is soft. Cool. Grind all together with skim milk in mixer. Simmer on low flame. Add seasonings. Serve hot.
