Ingredients
Hung curd – 2 tbsp (25 gm)
Finely chopped cabbage – 1 tsp (5-7 gm)
Garlic powder – 1/8 tsp (2 gm)
Kosher salt or rock salt – few pinches
Black pepper powder – 1/8 tsp (2 gm)
Lime juice – ½ tsp (2.5ml)
Method
Mix all ingredients together just before pouring on the salad
Best combinations: iceberg lettuce, cucumber, red and yellow bell peppers, apple, orange, lightly blanched spinach and broccoli.
