Growing up I never really cared about what I ate or how I looked, until the 11th grade. In the 11th grade when I was filling in my US applications somehow it just hit me that I need to lose weight. Not the wrong way by starving or my overexercising but by the right ways. Zarna gave me the exact diet my body needed which wasn’t restrictive at all but made me lose so much weight just in the first 2 months of consulting her. I had so many cheat days, unlike other diets I wasn’t told to avoid carbs completely etc. This gave me more motivation and I gradually started losing more weight and now, after a a year and half’s journey with Zarna I’ve reached my ideal weight which I’d always wished for.
